A role you will love

Shape success by ensuring operational readiness through hands-on testing and delivering a best-in-class experience for every client. Partner with the Operations Manager to deliver seamless EquatePlus upgrades and bring employee share plans to life.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the structured planning, execution and monitoring of tasks and timely completion of all processes assigned to you in line with agreed SLAs. To include, but not limited to:
    • Timely processing and execution of Plan testing.
    • Maintaining strict adherence to the FCA’s CASS rules, regulations and compliance in doing so.
    • On-boarding of new or upgraded clients onto EquatePlus
  • Responsible for reviewing, scoping, working with stakeholders and managing complicated processes and ensure that it is managed effectively and within recognised Computershare standardised product or target operating model.
  • Become plan expert within awards / grants across Exec, ESPP, SIP and SAYE products, who can represent the group to stakeholders in forms of advising them about our responsibilities and supporting the business with help and advice in best operational practices.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in building, implementing and maintaining streamlined operational processes for all Share Plan activity on EquatePlus, identifying ongoing opportunities for process improvement and ensuring we maintain strict operational discipline with minimal deviation from these processes as the functional area grows.
  • Gain and maintain strong technical knowledge of all aspects of Share Plan activity and provide expert advice and knowledge in your specialist area to the wider business and client base in this area.
  • Where appropriate, provide regular status updates to the Operations Manager, senior management and other stakeholders with respect to testing activity.

What you will bring to this role

Strong operational discipline with the ability to plan, execute and monitor complex share plan processes within defined SLAs and regulatory frameworks. And a proactive, detail-focused mindset, driving continuous improvement while supporting seamless client onboarding and operational readiness.

Other key requirements

  • Experience in the financial services industry working in share plans operations or financial compensation environment preferable.
  • Experience in the handling of significant transactional volume in an operational context, preferably in a complex regulatory environment.
  • Evidence of working on or closely with a project designed to radically overhaul processes and operational delivery is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey and articulate ideas to a wide variety of audiences, including clear and professional communication with clients.
  • Passionate about customer delivery with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base.
  • Strong personal and operational organisational skills, able to manage multiple complex activities running in parallel.
