The Planner will co-ordinate and assist in the production of a variety of documents to support the Preconstruction and Construction teams.

Key Responsibilities & Demands

Core Responsibilities
As a Planner, you will oversee the following key tasks:
- Flexibility & Collaboration: Adapt your working style to become a vital part of the preconstruction team, collaborating effectively.
- Project Involvement: Engage with tender, pre-construction, and on-site construction opportunities as they become available.
- Programming & Scheduling:
- Prepare and assist in creating design, procurement, and construction programmes using tools like PowerProject or comparable software.
- Develop and present tender programmes for internal reviews, informed by industry outputs and supply chain liaison.
- Strategy & Logistics:
- Formulate project strategies.
- Develop and prepare logistics plans and methodologies.
- Co-ordinate site set-ups and major plant requirements.
- Deliver findings to internal/external teams, offering recommendations for solutions.
- Reporting & Method Statements:
- Produce written reports and tailor method statements for both internal and external submissions.
- Collaborate closely with site teams to develop short-term programmes aligned with project demands while ensuring progress control and reporting functions.
