Development Management Planner (Level 3)
Rhondda Cynon Taf is looking to recruit a Development Management Planner (Level 3) within the Housing & Regeneration team. This is a great opportunity to gain further experience within the field while helping to shape the future development of the County Borough.
We are seeking a motivated individual to manage and process a varied caseload which will include more complex or contentious planning applications in accordance with relevant legislation, Council policy, procedures and targets, in consultation with your line manager.
