About The Role
Working as part of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the planning of production and material supply activities in line with project and customer needs to ensure all material is available in a timely and cost-effective manner to support the planned build/consumption dates.
- Ensure demand plans are clearly communicated to suppliers, production, and projects, working closely with the respective teams to gain early visibility of requirements.
- Maintain accurate ERP data (e.g. supplier commit dates, lead-times, MOQs) to ensure accurate MRP/PMRP.
- Create and maintain clear-to-build reporting, identifying constraints, risks, and actions, ensuring clear and timely reporting to stakeholders, actively managing and resolving material supply issues.
- Provide necessary inputs into S&OP and MRP processes and manage the outputs.
- Responsible for ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are handled appropriately by working closely with suppliers and our Logistics & Trade Compliance Co-ordinator (value of goods declared, process adherence, etc).
- Monitor supplier performance KPIs and support supplier and process improvements.

About You
- Ideally hold an HNC, HND, or degree (or equivalent) in a relevant business-related subject.
- Proven track record of planning and/or procurement in a manufacturing environment and experience of the creation and control of Bills of Materials.
- Experience of working with an ERP system.
- Demonstrate experience in timely and accurate reporting.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a flexible and solutions-focused approach in an agile and fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
- Good level of commercial awareness and supplier relationship skills.
