Planner/Senior Planner
Role Overview We’re excited to offer a great opportunity for an RTPI-qualified Planner or Senior Planner to join our highly regarded Planning team in Bristol. With exceptional staff retention and a collaborative, supportive culture, our team provides a unique environment to grow your career while working on some of the region’s most exciting and high-profile development schemes. This role will be integral to our project teams - working closely with experienced project leads while building trusted relationships with clients. You’ll often act as a key point of contact, giving you real ownership and visibility across projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle - from early-stage concept and planning strategy through to delivery and completion - collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues across Savills and our wider project teams. From strategic regeneration projects to landmark developments, you’ll play a central role in shaping places that define the future of the South West. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious planner looking to take the next step within a leading consultancy, where your contribution will be valued and your career progression supported.

We are regarded as market leaders by our clients and are an integral part of the biggest planning consultancy in the UK, which is over 300 strong and has planning specialists covering every land use sector and geographical area in the UK. The successful candidate will work in our vibrant and dynamic multi-service office located at Dock House, Welsh Back, Bristol. Dock House, which we relocated to in November 2025, is home to 80 employees who work within Planning, Development (residential and commercial), Industrial & Logistics, Office agency, Investment, Building Surveying and Project management, Capital Markets, Property Management and others. Recruitment agencies Savills only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place and that agency has been previously contacted and directed by a member of our recruitment team. We do not pay agency fees when speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to Savills or any of our employees other than via our careers website and through our recruitment process.
