📍 Location: Milton Keynes, MK17 8LX 💰 Pay: £28,000 🕒 Working Hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday) Grade: C

As part of our growing and new Workforce Management function, we’re looking for a Planning Administrator who can bring structure, insight, and organisation to how we plan ahead. This role is all about thinking forward, making sure we’re prepared, resourced, and ready to deliver exceptional service.

As one of our new Planning Administrators, you’ll:
- Support how we plan for the future—helping to build accurate, long-term workforce plans that keep our operations running smoothly.
- Use data, systems, and excellent organisation to ensure proactive preparation for demand. Your work will reduce disruption, improve efficiency, and enable consistent high-quality delivery, prioritising our people and maximising service excellence for clients.

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the creation of long-term workforce plans, building rosters and coverage up to 12 months in advance.
- Use WFM systems (including Timegate) to ensure accurate, forward-looking scheduling (Note: Training available on the job—experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Analyse trends, historical data, and forecasts to anticipate demand and highlight risks early.
- Ensure all schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned to business and client needs.
- Maintain high-quality data within systems for reliable reporting and planning accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align plans with operational priorities and workforce requirements.
- Identify future resourcing gaps and support recruitment planning.
- Support payroll accuracy through correct data input and query resolution.
- Ensure all personnel are trained, compliant, and ready for deployment.
- Continuously seek ways to improve planning processes and efficiency.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills for managing long-term priorities.
- Skilled with IT, preferably Timegate or similar WFM tools (e.g., rostering platforms).
- Ability to work independently with full ownership of workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, structured mindset with a focus on first-time correctness.
- Right to work in the UK.
- 5-year checkable employment history.
- Willingness to embody Securitas’ values: Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness.
- Preferable experience or knowledge of Workforce Management systems.
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
- Background in administration or clerical roles.
