Description

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Planning & Supply Coordinator to join our commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time, while working closely with our growers, production, logistics and the commercial team to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

If you're highly organised, enjoy solving problems and love making things happen behind the scenes, this is a role where your decisions will have a real impact!

The main purpose of the role is to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans that balance customer requirements, crop availability and operational capacity. The Planning and Supply Coordinator is responsible for translating customer demand into achievable production plans, ensuring efficient utilisation of crops, minimising waste and supporting excellent customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate customer forecasts and maintain accurate rolling demand plans.
  • Analyse forecast accuracy, sales trends and demand to support continuous improvement.
  • Develop production plans that balance customer demand, crop availability and operational capacity.
  • Coordinate crop allocation to maximise customer fulfilment and minimise waste.
  • Monitor crop yields, stock levels and product availability, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Growing teams to understand harvest expectations and future supply.
  • Produce planning and performance reports, including forecast accuracy, OTIF, waste and sales analysis.
  • Provide planning insights to support commercial, operational and margin decisions.
  • Collaborate with Growing, Packhouse, Logistics and Commercial teams to keep plans aligned.
  • Communicate supply risks and planning assumptions to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate planning data and support improvements to planning systems, tools and processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the planning function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
