Role Overview
To operate effectively in a delivery-focused, fast-paced environment within the planning department, ensuring that information is compiled and prepared for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
- Managing workload to comply with Clients’ Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinating NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works) requirements on individual schemes to minimise financial risk and non-compliance
- Working closely with local authorities
- Providing effective liaison with all stakeholders
- Performing all other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements
- Certified in NRSWA (Awareness level)
- Ability to self-motivate and work effectively in a team
- Strong spoken and written communication skills at all levels
- Attention to detail
- Confidence in computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, yet comfortable working independently
- Understands the importance of respect, sensitivity, and discretion in a public-facing role
- Flexibility in working hours, where required
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure
