Your Role
You will:
- Plan and coordinate nursing visits, mobile treatment centre units, and community clinics.
- Manage a scheduling software tool to ensure efficient operations.
- Work closely with and support the Patient Services Team.
- Ensure appropriate communication with external venues and healthcare professionals hosting these activities.
- Actively participate in problem-solving related to scheduled or clinic-related activities.

- Annual leave: 25 days + bank holidays (increases to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
