About Us

Sourcing Legacy Limited is digitising the friction between planning ambition and approval. Through our platform, we use proprietary AI to handle the routine 70% of manual triage and policy research, freeing our associate network to focus entirely on high-value strategy, complex applications, and high-stakes appeals.

The Opportunity

We are building an elite network of Senior Planning Consultants to act as Decision Strategists on live UK planning applications and appeals. With a national mandate to deliver 1.5 million homes, the demand for experienced, precise professionals has never been greater. We bring the work to you.

What We Offer

  • Focus on strategy, not admin. Our AI-driven triage removes the manual research burden so you can concentrate on clinical precision and professional judgment.
  • No client management. Our internal team handles all client communication; you focus on technical delivery.
  • Transparent profit-sharing. Highly competitive terms with a clear, pre-agreed commercial structure.
  • National impact. Be at the forefront of the UK's transition to a fast, fair, and predictable planning system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
