MM Search are delighted to be retained on an exciting Planning Coordinator role with ID Inquiries Ltd, a highly respected Brand Protection and Corporate Investigation Company based in Glasgow.

Established in 1990, ID Inquiries has built an outstanding reputation for delivering specialist brand protection and corporate investigation services to Blue Chip clients across the legal and compliance sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised Planning Coordinator to join a successful, long-established business in a challenging and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Location: Craighall Business Park, Glasgow, G4 9XA
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, (4.00pm Fridays)
Immediate Start Date would be desirable.

The successful candidate must have a clean criminal record and will be subject to a credit check. Candidates must be highly computer literate with excellent, demonstrable MS365 skills. Practical exercises will form part of the interview process.

The Role

This is a fast-paced planning and coordination role centred around organising covert visits to commercial premises in line with client requirements, geographical coverage and the availability of live televised football fixtures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for case management, liaising directly with clients, training contractors, researching targets and ensuring high standards of quality management and control throughout the process.

A strong understanding of football is highly advantageous, alongside a genuine interest in sport. Experience within logistics, scheduling or geographically targeted planning would also be beneficial.

Relationship building is a key aspect of this role, requiring regular interaction with clients, contractors and suppliers, as well as participation in internal and external meetings and ongoing contractor training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate covert commercial visits across the UK.
  • Manage cases from instruction through to completion.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients.
  • Research targets and coordinate operational activity.
  • Deliver training to contractors.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
  • Prioritise multiple projects within a time-critical environment.
  • Work with bespoke client systems (full training provided).

About You

You'll be an organised and confident coordinator who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

You will have:

  • Proven administration experience with advanced Excel and MS365 skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritise large volumes of information.
  • A professional and client-focused approach.
  • Confidence and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to perform under pressure and respond to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to accommodate last-minute client requests.
  • A thorough knowledge of football and a wider interest in sport.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new systems and disciplines.

Experience within logistics, operations planning or geographical scheduling would be advantageous.

Please note: This position is not suitable for administrators whose experience is solely within payroll administration.
