📍 Location: 2 Days Office / 3 days hybrid

We are currently seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic award winning team at Cooper Moss Rutland. You will play a key role in supporting the planning environment across complex infrastructure programmes, ensuring processes, systems and outputs are consistent, reliable and aligned to delivery requirements.
As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of planning data, supporting planning standards and ensuring that programme outputs are accurate and fit for purpose. You will work closely with planners and stakeholders to support performance, reporting and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

🔹 The Role
Support the planning environment across systems and processes Maintain planning standards and governance Ensure data integrity and consistency across programmes Provide technical support to planning teams Drive continuous improvement across planning capability
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning activities including updates and baselines Maintain planning standards, procedures and documentation Monitor performance of the planning system (Primavera P6) Manage user access, controls and configuration Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with planning processes
🔹 What we’re looking for
Strong technical planning understanding High attention to detail Structured and methodical approach Ability to support multiple stakeholders Continuous improvement mindset
🔹 Experience & Skills
Primavera P6 experience Understanding of planning processes and standards Data management capability Infrastructure or construction project exposure Experience supporting planning environments
