Planning Lawyer – Short-Term Consultant (Interim)
Key Details:
- Start Date: Mid-July
- Duration: ~1 month
- Availability: 3–5 days per week (flexible)
- Location: Remote (UK-based only)
This is an immediate and exciting short-term consulting opportunity for a skilled, experienced Planning Lawyer to join a busy in-house planning team.
As part of this high-impact, hands-on interim role, your responsibility will be to oversee a live caseload while ensuring that clients receive a seamless, professional service. Key tasks will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Section 106 agreements, unilateral undertakings, and other standard planning-related documentation
- Providing practical, commercially focused guidance on a range of planning matters
- Utilising strong client-facing skills to maintain clear communication
