An Exciting Opportunity for a Planning Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Lead to join a major client-side delivery team on one of Europe's most significant hyperscale data centre developments in Berlin.

Role Overview

Acting as the Client Representative, you will take ownership of project planning, programme governance, and schedule management across the full lifecycle of the development, ensuring delivery remains aligned with key milestones, commercial objectives, and operational requirements.

This is a high-profile, client-facing role that will sit at the heart of programme delivery, working closely with contractors, consultants, utility providers, and internal stakeholders to provide clear visibility of project performance, critical path activities, and programme risk.

The Role

As Planning Lead, you will act as the client's trusted advisor on all programme and scheduling matters, providing independent oversight of contractor programmes while ensuring alignment across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.

You will challenge assumptions, identify risks early, and ensure that recovery strategies are implemented where required to protect key project milestones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
