Job Description
Job Title: Planning & Administration Team Leader
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Oldbury
Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: from £33,000 pa DOE

Overview
- Line manage the QHSE scheduling teams of Contract Reviewers, thorough and efficient operational support services are provided to the UK BA team
- Develop and maintain resource planning strategies in order to optimise resource allocation and utilisation.
- Ensure all contracts are successfully delivered on-time, and in compliance with global procedures and operational KPIs.
- To support and deputise for the Planning & Administration Manager as and when required in their absence to ensure continuity of service levels and quality of output at all times.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in a similar role - within schedule management, resource planning, and the proficient use in planning software and tools - preferably within a certification environment.
- Qualification in business administration, operations management, or related field
- Experience in creating contracts
- Advanced user in MS Office - especially excel
- Experience in managing teams
- Full driving license for use in the UK
