Planning & Statistic Officer (Numan-Adamawa State)

Job Summary

To support agricultural planning and decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting statistical data. The role ensures accurate tracking of project performance, resource utilization, and yield forecasts to guide strategic operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect and compile field data from various agricultural expansion operations.
  • Analyze statistical data to identify trends and performance metrics.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support planning of project and resource allocation.
  • Maintain and update project databases and records.
  • Coordinate with field teams to validate data accuracy.
  • Tracing all procurement for the agriculture expansions.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Certification in Data Analysis or Agricultural Planning (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years in agricultural, civil or irrigation data analysis or planning role.
