We offer a competitive salary of £32,750 per annum.
- 37 hour per week
- 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays a total of 40 days paid holiday per annum which is equivalent to 8 weeks.

We're looking for a Repairs Planning Support Services Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of responsive repairs, voids, gas servicing and electrical maintenance services.
This is a busy and varied role where you'll work closely with operational teams, trade colleagues and supply chain partners to ensure work is planned effectively, systems are up to date, and customers receive a high-quality service. Role Requirements
This role is based in our Liverpool office 5 days per week. Monday to Friday.
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities
As a Planning Support Services Officer you'll provide essential planning and administrative support that helps our operational teams deliver efficient, reliable and customer-focused maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting managers in the effective planning and scheduling of repairs, voids, gas servicing and electrical maintenance work.
- Maintaining and updating repairs management systems to ensure information is accurate and current.
- Processing purchase orders, repair orders, invoices and other administrative tasks that support service delivery.
- Monitoring work planning systems and supporting productivity reporting and resource utilisation.
- Liaising with trade colleagues, contractors and suppliers to help coordinate work and achieve service targets.
- Responding to customer enquiries and supporting the resolution of queries and complaints.
- Providing administration support across different sections of the service when required.
- Building positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure excellent outcomes for customers.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative, planning or support role within a similar service environment.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems and databases.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- Knowledge of Micorsoft systems, Word and Excel
Desirable
- Knowledge of work planning, scheduling or repairs management systems.
- Experience within housing, maintenance, repairs or property services environments.
