Doyle Machinery is looking for experienced Industrial Machinery Mechanics/Plant Equipment Engineers to strengthen its current team.
The primary responsibility of this role involves diagnosing issues, maintaining, and repairing recycling facilities across the North of England, Scotland, and Ireland. Ideal candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience in Plant Equipment and mechanical engineering, especially with a focus on recycling machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites for machinery maintenance, installation, and breakdown repairs
- Diagnose, report, and rectify any machine errors on-site
- Provide assistance with customer technical inquiries to support office staff
- Complete detailed reports after each service using our CRM system
- Maintain effective communication with customers and office staff to ensure excellent service
- Uphold our company’s standards in representation

Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in Industrial Machinery/Plant Equipment engineering
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and a conscientious approach
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Competent in mathematics and proficient with IT
- Willingness to work on weekends and occasionally stay overnight

Educational Qualifications:
- Good overall education, including English, Math, and IT
- Qualifications in Engineering/Plant Fitting/Mechanics
- Full, clean driving license
