Plant Engineer (Workshop Supervisor)
£50,000 - £60,000 + 1.5x Overtime + Training + Progression + Holiday Purchase Scheme

Are you a Plant Engineer or similar with experience working with heavy plant equipment like excavators, cranes, dumpers, rollers or similar, looking for a new Monday to Friday role where you will be a senior member of the team in the workshop, helping to oversee a small team of engineers?
This company has family roots and has grown into a formidable organisation since it was established in 1982. They are an industry leader in the Southwest and Wales, specialising in demolition, construction, asbestos removal, transport and plant hire. Due to steady growth, they are now looking for an addition to their friendly team to help manage their increasing workload in the workshop.

In this varied role you will be in the workshop and the field, working on a variety of heavy construction plant equipment such as JCB, CAT and more. You will be involved in fault finding on Mechanical and Electrical equipment, as well as carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance.
This role would suit a Plant Engineer with experience working on heavy plant equipment, looking for a senior role, offering ongoing progression and career development across the business.
The Role
- Working on heavy machinery and plant equipment

- Help to oversee a team of junior engineers
- Monday to Friday with 1.5x overtime
