We are seeking a dedicated Plant Hire Controller
We are seeking a dedicated Plant Hire Controller to join our team at our Leyland site. This role is vital in managing our plant hire operations, ensuring efficient coordination and communication to support our fleet and service delivery. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate plant hire activities to ensure optimal utilisation of equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to schedule and manage plant hire bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of plant hire transactions using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Communicate effectively with multilingual teams and clients.
- Ensure timely maintenance scheduling for hired equipment.
- Manage administrative tasks related to plant hire documentation.
- Support the procurement process for new equipment as needed.
- Assist in resolving any operational issues related to plant hire.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles within logistics or construction industries.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Benefits:
- Salary: TBC, depending on experience
- Working Week: Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Every third Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
- 29 holidays per year
