Role Purpose:
To manage the warehouse facility, including site maintenance, logistics, tracking of plant, providing information to the commercial department, transportation of plant and materials, purchasing, and stock.
Responsibilities

Bearing Production:
- Maintain a tracker of bearing production status in connection with FPC, including delivery to site.

Financial Reporting:
- Provide data to the Commercial Department for financial reporting of factory activities, including bearing invoicing, factory production items, internal plant hire to Company projects, and ICORR invoicing.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of plant and equipment movements to enable accurate invoicing.

Logistics Management:
- Arrange and review methods for transportation of plant and materials to sites, including incoming deliveries from France, Italy, and Romania, ensuring compliance with 'Brexit Regulations'.

Administration:
- Ensure all related administration and commercial reporting information is completed accurately, in accordance with internal/external requirements and with respect to any specific deadlines.

Purchasing:
- Undertake negotiations and procurement with associated suppliers for factory activities.

Stock Management:
- Manage stock levels of key components.

Working Safely:
- Ensure all works undertaken at the factory facility adhere to H&S legislation, including management of any external contractors.
- Ensure suitable levels of resources are available to undertake warehouse operations in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure all plant and equipment testing/maintenance/calibration is undertaken in a timely manner to ensure compliance.

Plant Management:
- Coordinate the plant management for sites and liaise with key suppliers.

Maintenance of Factory Facility:
- Ensure the site is maintained to a high level of order, cleanliness, and safety.
- Ensure obsolete items, including plant, are removed and that Waste Management Regulations are adhered to.

Manage Return of Plant and Materials:
- Manage the return of plant and materials from worksites, ensuring COSHH materials are disposed of immediately, damages/missing items are identified, and reporting the financial situation to the Commercial department to enable timely invoicing.

Aquaforce Assistance:
- Provide assistance to the Aquaforce team as required when using the factory facility.

Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Freyssinet activities, including post-tensioning, repairs, and cathodic protection.
- Experience gained within a quality control/inspection role.
- Experience gained within the construction industry.
- Holds PAT Testing, Forklift, and LOLER certificates.
- Holds CSCS card.
- Flexibility/mobility to travel within the UK as required, including some 'out of hours' working as necessary.
