Warehouse Facility Manager
To manage the warehouse facility, including site maintenance, logistics, tracking of plant and providing information to commercial dept, transportation of plant and materials, purchasing and stock.
Accountabilities
Bearing Production
- Maintain a tracker of bearing production status in connection with FPC, including delivery to site.
Financial Reporting
- To provide data to the Commercial Department for financial reporting of factory activities, including bearing invoicing, factory production items, internal plant hire to Company projects and ICORR invoicing.
- Maintaining accurate, real-time records of plant and equipment movements to enable accurate invoicing.
Logistics Management
- To arrange and review methods for transportation of plant and materials to sites, including incoming deliveries from France, Italy, and Romania, ensuring compliance with ‘Brexit Regulations’.

Administration
- Ensuring all related administration and commercial reporting information is completed accurately, in accordance with internal/external requirements and with respect to any specific deadlines.
Purchasing
- Undertake negotiations and procurement with associated suppliers for factory activities.
Stock Management
- Manage stock levels of key components.
Working Safely
- Ensure all works undertaken at the factory facility adhere to H&S legislation, including management of any external contractors.
- Ensure suitable levels of resource are available to undertake warehouse operations in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure all plant and equipment testing/maintenance/calibration is undertaken in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
Plant Management
- Coordinating the plant management for sites and liaising with key suppliers.

Maintenance of Factory Facility
- Ensuring the site is maintained to a high level of order, cleanliness, and safety.
- Ensure obsolete items, including plant, are removed and that Waste Management Regulations are adhered to.
Aquaforce
- Provide assistance to the Aquaforce team as required when using the factory facility.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Freyssinet activities, including post-tensioning, repairs, and cathodic protection.
- Experience gained within a quality control/inspection role.
- Experience gained within the construction industry.
- Holds PAT Testing, Forklift, and LOLER certificates.
- Holds CSCS card.
- Flexibility/mobility to travel within the UK as required, including some 'out of hours' working as necessary.
