Plant Machinery Sales Executive

Plant Machinery Sales Executive (Permanent, Full-Time)

Are you a motivated salesperson with a passion for construction, plant, or machinery equipment? We're looking for an ambitious Plant Machinery Sales Executive to join our team in Essex*.

### About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by uncapped earning potential.

### Responsibilities

As a Plant Machinery Sales Executive, you will:

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Handle inbound and outbuild sales enquiries
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, plant hire companies, and industry professionals
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate sales
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

### Requirements

We're looking for:

  • Previous sales experience (plant machinery, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, or related sectors)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • Full UK driving license (desirable)
