Job Title: Plant Operator (Earthworks) – Long-Term Role
Location: Radlett, UK Employer: TruEarthworks (part of the Tru7 Group) Project: SZC Jobs Service (Sizewell C)
TruEarthworks is seeking experienced and highly skilled CSCS/CPCS Plant Operators to join an innovative, long-term earthworks project with one of the UK’s leading earthworks contractors.
About the Role
We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious professionals with:
- A passion for precision and quality in construction projects
- Experience operating plant machinery on major earthworks

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following key criteria:
- Valid qualification:
- CSCS card (Card holder required) OR CPCS accreditation
- (Accepts NPORS certs with a current CSCS logo for temporary site access where applicable)
- Demonstrable experience:
- Proven track record in UK-based major earthworks projects
- Experience operating bulldozers, excavators, graders, or other plant machinery on a large scale
- Personal attributes:
- Positive mindset and strong teamwork skills
- A commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Logistical preference:
- Own reliable transport (due to remote site location)
