Plant Operators (Sizewell C)

Job Title: Plant Operator (Earthworks) – Long-Term Role

Location: Radlett, UK Employer: TruEarthworks (part of the Tru7 Group) Project: SZC Jobs Service (Sizewell C)

TruEarthworks is seeking experienced and highly skilled CSCS/CPCS Plant Operators to join an innovative, long-term earthworks project with one of the UK’s leading earthworks contractors.


About the Role

We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious professionals with:

  • A passion for precision and quality in construction projects
  • Experience operating plant machinery on major earthworks
  • A desire to work with a professional, inclusive team focused on safety and excellence

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following key criteria:

  • Valid qualification:
    • CSCS card (Card holder required) OR CPCS accreditation
    • (Accepts NPORS certs with a current CSCS logo for temporary site access where applicable)
  • Demonstrable experience:
    • Proven track record in UK-based major earthworks projects
    • Experience operating bulldozers, excavators, graders, or other plant machinery on a large scale
  • Personal attributes:
    • Positive mindset and strong teamwork skills
    • A commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Logistical preference:
    • Own reliable transport (due to remote site location)
