Are you looking to make a real difference in your local community, working for a company committed to tackling the housing crisis in the East of England? At Flagship Services, we are seeking a skilled Plasterer to work as part of our Capital Works Team to help us deliver exceptional service and quality for customers moving into our homes.
Location: Various positions available in Thetford, east Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas
What you’ll be doing
- Completing a variety of plastering tasks: full plaster works, skimming, patch repairs, coving, bonding, artexing, rendering, and over‑boarding.
- Supporting other trades and working collaboratively across the business.
- Minimising waste and working safely at all times.
- Using your Flagship vehicle and tools to deliver high‑quality repairs.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service in tenants’ homes.

What you’ll bring
- A full Trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent experience).
- Practical, hands‑on skills with the ability to assess jobs, repair or replace parts, and sometimes support cost estimates.
- Great communication and problem‑solving skills, including knowing when to escalate safeguarding or emergency issues.
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- A full driving licence and willingness to join the out‑of‑hours rota (including public holidays).
