Your Tasks
- To deliver high‑quality plastering work as part of the property reinstatement process, restoring damaged residential properties to pre‑loss or materially equivalent condition following fire, water, or impact-related events.
- Restore damaged surfaces through skimming, boarding, patching, bonding, and finishing to achieve smooth, durable, and visually consistent results.
- Work independently or within a multi-trade team to complete reinstatement tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Communicate professionally with Policy Holders to minimise disruption and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment, adhering to all health and safety requirements.
- Accurately record work completed, materials used, and updates in company systems.

Your Profile
- Proven experience in plastering within restoration, insurance reinstatement, or residential environments.
- Ability to complete a range of plastering tasks including skimming, boarding, patch repair, bonding, and finishing.
- Strong customer‑facing communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in varied environments and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Relevant plastering qualification (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plastering).
- Full UK driving license.
