- Rate: £23.25 standard, £32.55 overtime (p1), £41.84 overtime (p2)

Role Overview
Worley is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their onshore team as a Plater, based on-site at Tronox.
Key Aims and Objectives
To deliver a high-quality, consistent, and competent plating/structural fabrication service, ensuring compliance with:
- Project/company requirements
- Standards and procedures
- Safety regulations

Support the overall delivery of company goals and project schedules. Ensure all workscope completes safely, without negative impact on personnel, fabric, or the environment. Perform all required plating/structural tasks safely, consistently, and in line with:
- Project requirements
- Procedures
- Specifications
Role Requirements
Core Duties
- Read, understand, and implement applicable company/project policies, working practices, and procedures, ensuring:
- Safe and high-standard completion of plating/structural workscope
- Execute workscope in accordance with:
- Workpack/jobcard instructions
- Drawings/sketches
- Relevant documentation
- Support or collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Raise Permit to Work (PTW) for workscope execution in a controlled and safe manner.
- Conduct appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) to support a safe and controlled work environment.

Qualifications & Certifications
Mandatory:
- Apprenticeship in Plating/Steel Fabrication/Structural Steel or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
- Safety Passport
Ideal (Advantageous):
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams and multi-cultural environments.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Dedication to working safely at all times.
- Adaptability to meet company/client deadlines and standards.
- Confidence to work unsupervised and proactively.
