Platform Administrator – Case Management
We’re looking for a Platform Administrator – Case Management to join our team in Bradford on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week.
As a versatile Platform Administrator, you will design, configure, and deliver solutions across a suite of market-leading low-code/no-code SaaS platforms. While you’ll gain exposure to a range of enterprise tools, your primary focus will be the end-to-end configuration of the ShareDo legal case management platform.
Partnering closely with the Lead Case Management Developer, you will act as a technical advisor translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing digital workflows. This role is well-suited to an experienced Platform Administrator or a Business Analyst looking to transition into a more technical, solution design-focused position.
In addition to hands-on configuration, the role offers a clear pathway into system design, modern web application development, and AI implementation within a fast-paced, product-led environment.
What will you be doing?
- Design and configure workflows, work types, and dynamic forms aligned to complex legal processes
- Customise fields, layouts, and business rules using out-of-the-box platform functionality
- Extend platform capability through widgets and JavaScript within the UI
- Act as a trusted advisor, recommending efficient, value-driven solutions across ShareDo and the wider SaaS ecosystem
- Explore and apply new features and technologies (including AI) to improve efficiency and user experience
- Take ownership of delivery, including estimating effort, managing risks, and delivering high-quality solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring scalable and sustainable outcomes
- Continuously develop skills and contribute ideas to enhance team capability and platform performance
- Apply best practices in user-centric design, lean delivery, and clear documentation
- Contribute to agile ways of working, supporting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
