Platform Campaigns Project Manager – TikTok Shop UK & IE

(Temporary Assignment via Third-Party Agency)

About the Role

The Platform Campaigns team owns the biggest commercial moments on TikTok Shop UK & IE, driving the platform’s highest GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) each month. These high-visibility, high-stakes campaigns bring together creators, sellers, and millions of shoppers, sitting at the heart of TikTok’s revenue growth strategy in the region.

This role, reporting to the Platform Campaigns Lead, requires collaboration across Product, Category, Creator Operations, Marketing, Strategy, and Data Analytics teams, as well as international and HQ stakeholders.

As the Platform Campaigns Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of TikTok Shop UK & IE’s flagship campaigns, focusing on creative capacity, creator collaboration, and cross-platform innovation.
  • Combine sharp strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional influence to drive scalable campaign methodologies with measurable commercial impact.

Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Campaign Leadership & Planning

    • Lead large-scale mega and payday campaigns across TikTok Shop UK & IE, aligning with platform objectives and category-driven growth priorities.
    • Develop full-funnel strategies covering:
      • Traffic acquisition
      • Creator collaboration
      • Content amplification
      • Subsidy mechanisms
      • Assortment planning
      • Conversion optimisation
  • Methodology & Scalability

    • Build scalable frameworks and operational playbooks to drive GMV, product incubation, and category expansion.
    • Define best practices for high-stakes campaigns to ensure consistency and growth.
  • Execution & Stakeholder Management

    • Own full campaign delivery, including:
      • Timely execution
      • Clear cross-functional communications
      • Milestone tracking
      • Risk mitigation

  • Data-Driven Decision Making

    • Conduct performance analysis across:
      • GMV & ROI
      • Traffic efficiency
      • Creator performance
      • Content conversion
    • Translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous optimisation.
  • Trend & Opportunity Identification

    • Identify seasonal and viral trends via market, user, and competitive analysis.
    • Convert insights into scalable growth opportunities for critical business moments.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

✔ 3+ years of experience in:

  • E-commerce, performance marketing, campaign strategy, or management consulting
  • Preference for roles in platform/marketplace ecosystems or fast-growing internet companies
  • Proven track record in owning large-scale campaigns or major commercial moments end-to-end, with significant GMV/budget risk

✔ Budget & Financial Management

  • Experience managing large, complex budgets, ideally $1M+, with P&L ownership.

✔ Quantitative & Analytical Skills

  • Proficiency in building forecasts, querying performance data (Excel, SQL, or equivalent).
  • Ability to interpret data and drive data-backed decisions.

✔ Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Strength in influencing and aligning stakeholders without direct authority.

✔ Operational Agility

  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

✔ Problem-Solving & Communication

  • Outstanding structured problem-solving and clear, persuasive communication.

✔ Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in:
    • Business, Economics
    • E-commerce, Marketing
    • Communications, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

🔹 Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or the creator economy. 🔹 Deep knowledge of the UK/IE retail and e-commerce landscape.

  • While your work may occur at TikTok’s offices (London/Dublin), you will not be a TikTok employee.
