Role Overview 🚀

As a Platform Delivery Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality platform services to customers, ensuring projects and requests are completed efficiently and on time. You will provide line management, coaching, and support to your team, while overseeing resource planning and delivery performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will track success against objectives, drive continuous improvement, and manage escalations when required. This role combines strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaboration to ensure the delivery function operates at its best.

Responsibilities 🤘

  • Lead and develop team members through performance management, coaching and regular feedback
  • Manage team utilisation and customer portfolio allocation to ensure effective delivery
  • Proactively identify risks and resource constraints, implementing solutions to maintain progress
  • Track and report on performance (OKRs, quality, delivery and customer satisfaction) to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage escalations, support hiring and development decisions, and champion Benifex values

What are we looking for? 🔎

  • Proven ability to lead teams or manage large-scale delivery projects, driving performance and outcomes
  • Strong resource planning and utilisation management, balancing multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and implementing process enhancements
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing individuals, with excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical, proactive and resilient, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
