- Deep Kubernetes Expertise: Practical experience scaling K8s across hybrid cloud or on-premise environments.
- IaC Proficiency: A proven track record of writing clean, modular infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- A Proactive Mindset: The instinct to automate workflows and fortify systems before bottlenecks or failures occur.
- Developer First Mentality: An understanding that a world-class platform exists to empower developers and accelerate secure delivery.

As a core member of our internal Centre of Excellence, you will not just maintain systems, you will evolve them. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Deploying critical cluster upgrades and crafting custom Helm charts.
- Expanding and refining Terraform modules to optimize our core architecture.
- Partnering with cross-functional engineering teams to boost platform resilience, security, and performance.
- Contributing directly to the long-term vision and technical strategy of our cloud ecosystem.
