Job Description
As a Platform Engineer at Omnea, you will own the infrastructure and developer experience underpinning a fast-scaling enterprise platform. You'll evolve AWS serverless architectures, optimize CI/CD pipelines with Pulumi, and strengthen observability. Joining a team of elite engineers, you’ll ensure reliability as the company scales 10x to serve global leaders like Spotify and Monzo.

What You Will Do
- Design and evolve AWS serverless architecture using Lambda, DynamoDB, and EventBridge to support 10x growth and multi-region high availability.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Infrastructure-as-Code with Pulumi to enable safe, multi-daily deployments.
- Improve developer experience by building internal tooling and automated observability frameworks with Datadog to eliminate friction for product teams.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 5+ years of platform engineering experience in high-growth, cloud-native SaaS environments with a strong bias for action.
- Possesses deep expertise in AWS serverless ecosystems and Infrastructure-as-Code, specifically writing clean, production-ready TypeScript code.
- Demonstrates a developer-first mindset, treating engineers as customers by automating toil and improving feedback loops at every stage.
