Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to design, build, and support scalable, secure, and highly available platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API gateways, Kubernetes, Go development, cloud-native technologies, and observability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage Envoy Proxy and Kong API Gateway infrastructure.
- Develop Go (Golang) based platform services, gRPC APIs, and Kubernetes controllers.
- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps.
- Implement API security using OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, and Open Policy Agent (OPA/Rego).
- Build and maintain observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Automate WAF and infrastructure configurations across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to onboard applications and migrate workloads.
- Participate in incident response, production support, and continuous platform improvements.
- Follow engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, automation, and documentation.

- 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Envoy Proxy and/or Kong API Gateway.
- Strong Go (Golang) development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/on-prem), Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps.
- Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, API security, and OPA/Rego.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Kafka, and distributed systems.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (L3–L7) and cloud-native architecture.
