We are working with a fast-growing enterprise software business with a strong engineering culture and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. This global company, with over 500 staff, has recently formed a dedicated Platform Engineering Group, offering you a unique opportunity to shape their engineering future.
The Role
- Design and build internal tooling, templates, and scaffolding to streamline engineering processes.
- Create and maintain robust, fast, and production-ready CI/CD pipelines.
- Treat developer experience as a product, iterating on solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Define and embed standards for unit, integration, and contract testing across the platform.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to shape the direction of platform engineering.

What You'll Need
- Strong software engineering skills with depth in at least one language (Java, C#, Python, Typescript, Go).
- Solid hands-on experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines and running containerised workloads in production.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation/CDK, Terraform, or Pulumi.
- A track record of building tooling or automation relied upon by other engineers.
- Strong communication skills.
