Join us as a Platform Lead

You'll drive the delivery and performance of a critical platform, working closely with Risk and Audit teams to translate their priorities into effective, high-impact technology outcomes.

You'll lead the shift to a product-led operating model, bringing engineering closer to business users, reducing handoffs and accelerating the path from idea to impact.

You'll take ownership of both platform stability and strategic direction, with the opportunity to shape how the platform evolves while building strong visibility and influence across the organisation.

What you'll do

As a Platform Lead, you'll take ownership of the remediation of technical issues while driving simplification and improvement across platform architecture and technology. You'll define and deliver the platform roadmap, working closely with centres of excellence to make sure you have the right resources and capabilities. Partnering with the Risk and Audit stakeholders will be central to your role as you make sure the platform is shaped around their priorities and delivers meaningful, measurable outcomes. On top of this, you'll use your expertise to make sure solutions are optimised for customer needs and aligned to the wider technology strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
