Job Description
As a Platform Operations Engineer at Plentific Ltd, you will play a critical role in maintaining and scaling the infrastructure powering modern property management. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to optimize cloud-native systems, automate deployment pipelines, and ensure the high availability of services that connect landlords, residents, and service providers seamlessly.

What You Will Do
- Manage and scale cloud infrastructure using AWS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency across production and staging environments.
- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery, enabling product teams to deploy updates safely and frequently.
- Monitor system health and performance using advanced observability tools, proactively identifying bottlenecks and leading incident response efforts to maintain service uptime.
The ideal candidate
- Strong background in Platform Engineering or SRE with deep expertise in managing AWS environments and managing infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform.
- Proven experience working with container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes, to manage microservices at scale in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming with languages such as Python or Go to automate repetitive tasks and build internal tooling for engineering teams.
