About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Platform & Quality Assurance Manager to take ownership of how Logistex builds, tests, releases, and supports its software platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape DevOps, QA, release governance, and continuous improvement practices across a growing software function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the DevOps and QA capability across the software function.
- Define and enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, release controls, and environment management.
- Establish and maintain QA strategy, including automated testing, manual testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
- Champion a shift-left approach to quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- Strong experience in DevOps, QA leadership, release management, or software delivery governance.
- Practical experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tooling.
- Good understanding of automated testing frameworks and QA processes.
- Experience supporting on-premise software delivery environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing processes.
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or line management experience.
