About the Role
As a Platform Quality Executive, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of information available across our platform. This work directly impacts:
- Customer experience
- Trust in our data
- Helping consumers make better purchasing decisions
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in marketing, digital platforms, customer experience, research, and business who wants to develop a long-term career with us.
Responsibilities
- Researching and maintaining dealership information across our platform
- Ensuring dealership profiles contain accurate, relevant, and up-to-date details
- Adding and updating business data to enhance the quality and usefulness of the platform
- Identifying opportunities to improve dealership visibility for consumers
- Reviewing and correcting information for accuracy and consistency
- Supporting customer experience improvements on Car Dealer Reviews
- Assisting with platform developments and wider business initiatives
- Learning how customer experience, digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and data quality collaborate to create a trusted online platform
- Ensuring the delivered information is fair, valuable, and reliable for consumers

Requirements
We prioritise attitude, work ethic, and eagerness to learn over prior experience. We are looking for someone who:
- Has recently completed school, college, or further education
- Has an interest in marketing, business, customer experience, or digital platforms
- Enjoys researching and spotting detail
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- Is organized and can manage workloads effectively
- Has a positive attitude and thrives in a team environment
- Is curious, motivated, and eager to develop new skills
- Wants to build a long-term career

Benefits
- £22,500 starting salary
- 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm)
- 29 days holiday (28 + an extra day for your birthday, plus UK bank holidays)
