We’re looking for a Player Protection Manager who’s passionate about creating a first-class experience where customers feel supported.


About the Role

You’ll be the go-to expert for player protection—ensuring gambling stays fun, responsible, and safe.


Key Responsibilities

Champion Responsible Gambling & Player Safety

  • Lead as the subject matter expert in player protection, ensuring our approach is proactive, compassionate, and effective.

Team Coaching & Leadership

  • Guide your team to deliver timely, high-quality interactions while meeting business targets and regulatory standards.
  • Foster an environment where team members feel confident and capable in customer conversations.

Data Analysis & Risk Assessment

  • Review customer behaviour and risk indicators to identify vulnerabilities and implement timely interventions.
  • Ensure appropriate support is provided for those at risk of gambling harm.

Due Diligence & Compliance

  • Assist in enhanced due diligence processes with the General Manager.
  • Log, follow up, and resolve all player protection incidents.
  • Oversee compliance with policies on affordability, CDD (Customer Due Diligence), SOF (Source of Funds), and EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence).

Duty Management

  • Take charge of the casino floor during your shift, representing the General Manager or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure smooth, safe operations throughout your tenure.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of UK gaming legislation and regulatory standards.
  • Genuine passion for player protection and responsible gambling.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on support and safety.
  • A Personal Management Licence (PML) is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven leadership experience, with an inclusive and people-focused approach.
  • Confidence in handling fast-paced, front-line customer interactions.
  • Commercially savvy, proactive, and enthusiastic.

Working Conditions & Requirements

  • Role operates in a 24/7 casino environment, requiring flexibility for night shifts and weekends.
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
