Playhouse Connect Programme Administrator

About the Role

We are recruiting for a well-organised and motivated individual to join us as our new Playhouse Connect Programme Administrator to help support the department in an exciting new chapter.

The Playhouse Connect Programme Administrator will be responsible for the timely and efficient administration of Playhouse Ensembles and the People’s Playhouse activity, including space booking, contracting, raising purchase orders and managing materials and equipment.

They will contribute to the effective operation of the Connect team by supporting the Director of Playhouse Connect and administering team meetings. They will support effective impact measurement of the team’s activity by collecting and recording data in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

We are seeking someone who is organised, detail orientated, flexible and with excellent customer service skills and a practical, can-do attitude.

This is a full-time, permanent contract of 35 hours a week, with working pattern to be discussed with your manager. Pay for the role is £23,132 per year.
