Senior Paid Social Executive
The Senior Paid Social Executive will plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns to drive the continued growth of the brand across international markets. You will have ownership of your own accounts and markets, with opportunities to develop your technical skillset.

Description
This role will focus on the delivery and optimisation of full-funnel paid social campaigns across key platforms, including Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok. The position is performance-driven and requires a strong analytical mindset, with a focus on using data to inform decisions and drive results.
- Join a successful team of six paid social specialists, where you will help nurture and develop Executives
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Snap, and TikTok for international markets
- Collaborate with stakeholders and country managers globally to deliver annual marketing forecasts
- Maintain accurate daily reporting, create, and present monthly and quarterly reports
- Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve results
- Help develop full-funnel campaign activity with a focus on acquisition, working with Brand teams to develop upper-funnel initiatives
- Work closely with the data team to ensure tracking is set up optimally
- Develop an understanding of international markets, adapting campaigns to reflect cultural nuances and audience behaviour
- Identify opportunities for increased automation and efficiency through advanced technical solutions
- Lead internal and external meetings where required, presenting insights and recommendations clearly

Profile
A successful Senior Paid Social Executive should have:
- Proven expertise in managing paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Transferable sector experience - for example, iGaming, entertainment, e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Skilled in managing significant budgets across multiple markets
- Ensure compliance of ads with regulatory standards and responsible gaming requirements
- Experience working with Tableau or digital visualisation tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools, attribution models, mobile measurement partners (e.g., AppsFlyer), and advanced Excel
- Sound understanding of Paid Social platforms and their features
- Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
- Familiarity with Microsoft products to report results - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and collaborating across Marketing, Digital, CRM, and externally
- Must understand tagging, tracking, and attribution particularly GTM
- Confident, seeks initiative, and bold to try new things
- Being well organised to manage ongoing projects

Job Offer
- Salary of £40,000 - £42,000, plus 10% bonus
- 24 days of holiday leave, and good work-life balance
