Playscheme Manager – Royal Kent School, Oxshott

Bring the fun. Lead the team. Make every school day brighter.

Do you love working with children and inspiring others? We’re looking for a Playscheme Manager to run our breakfast and afterschool club at The Royal Kent School in Oxshott. This is a hands-on role where no two sessions are ever the same – one moment you’ll be setting up crafts or games, the next you’ll be chatting with parents, leading your team, or helping children settle in after school.

At Clubland, we’re a small, family-run business passionate about creating safe, fun, and enriching experiences for children aged 4–11. Our managers are at the heart of this – bringing energy, creativity, and leadership every day.

The Role

As Playscheme Manager, You’ll

  • Lead the fun – oversee child-led play, crafts, cookery, outdoor activities, and games.
  • Inspire your team – support and motivate Playworkers to give children the best start and finish to their school day.
  • Keep it safe & smooth – manage health and safety, safeguarding, risk assessments, and daily club operations.
  • Build relationships – work closely with parents and school staff to support each child’s wellbeing.
  • Stay organised – support with staff rotas, stock checks, and simple admin (around 1 hr per week as overtime).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
