We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in the London office, with an expectation of 4 days per week in the office.

If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly, and high-performing team, this could be the role for you. You will work closely with Associates and Partners within our Public Law team, ensuring they receive high-quality administrative support.

This is a busy, fast-paced position, so you’ll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently and accurately. Building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting fee earners with the preparation of electronic and paper bundles
  • Opening and closing files on internal systems and databases
  • Responding to fee earner queries via email, phone, and MS Teams
  • Maintaining well-organised files and ensuring databases are up to date
  • Opening case files on relevant case management systems
  • Processing invoices, cheques, BACS payments, and billing activities
  • Preparing digital files for audit purposes
  • Administering digital storage platforms
  • Managing inbound post, including printing and scanning

Skills And Experience

  • Previous administrative experience (legal experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Professional and client-focused approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to use initiative and work independently
  • A quick learner with a willingness and eagerness to develop
