About The Job

Help shape the systems that keep product development moving.

As Arena PLM Administrator, you will ensure Graphcore's Product Lifecycle Management platform runs reliably and efficiently. Your work will support engineering teams as they develop and deliver new products.

You will maintain the Arena PLM environment, support users, and improve workflows. You will also help introduce new functionality, optimise processes, and keep product data accurate and well governed.

This is a role where you can make a visible impact every day. You will work across engineering and operations while building expertise in configuration management and PLM administration.

The team and culture

The Manufacturing Operations team provides the systems and processes that support product development from concept through delivery. The team works closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to keep critical operational data accurate and accessible.

Day to day, you will partner with engineers and operational teams to solve problems, improve workflows, and support users. You will take ownership of your work while collaborating with specialists across the business to deliver practical improvements.

The team values curiosity, thoughtful problem solving, and continuous improvement. Decisions are driven by operational needs, good data, and a focus on making engineering work more effective.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
