PLM Lead Analyst

About the Role
The ENOVIA Lead Analyst will oversee end-to-end Global PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) support operations, ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of the ENOVIA platform for users worldwide. This role acts as a technical and operational leader, managing high-complexity incidents, driving issue resolution, and ensuring minimal business impact.
Key responsibilities include global PLM production support, providing expert administration, and ownership of operational activities such as:
- Environment monitoring
- User and access management
- Job scheduling
- Data operations
- System health checks
The ENOVIA Lead Analyst plays a critical role in platform reliability, data governance, and regional compliance, while collaborating closely with global IT teams, integration leaders, and business stakeholders to resolve urgent issues and drive continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as ENOVIA PLM production support expert, resolving critical platform stability and compliance across regions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on key PLM functionalities, including:
- Engineering Change Control
- Document control and distribution
- Core PLM business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues across ENOVIA modules, centrally, and integrations (e.g., CAD and ERP systems).
- Own Critical to High-severity incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption through rapid response and coordination.
- Conduct platform administration tasks, including:
- Server patching, upgrades, backups/restoration in Windows/Linux environments.
- Monitoring server health, disk usage, CPU/memory allocation, and system logs.
- Managing user permissions, access roles, and service accounts.
- Ensuring system uptime and SLA compliance.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), initiating systemic improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- Compliment internal preventive maintenance policies to enhance long-term system reliability.
- Maintain strict data compliance, integrity, and sensitivity adherence, including region-specific regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with *«Global teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders», fostering proactive communication.
- Drive ENOVIA transition and migration investments across regions, aligning with global standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a UK citizen due to regulatory obligations surrounding ITAR-controlled data.
Changes in ITAR compliance processes may apply during hiring.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Comp. Sci., Math, or Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years’ experience in PLM application support (preferably with ENOVIA, Windchill, or Teamcenter).
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of global PLM processes, particularly Engineering Change Control and process workflows.
- Experience integrating PLM platforms with CAD tools (e.g., PTC Pro/E, CATIA, Siemens Solid Works).
- Proficiency in server administration tasks (Linux/Windows management, load balancers).
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and core methods (e.g., ITIL-structuring of Incident, Problem, Release Management).
- Years of hands-on experience with data backups, recovery, and disaster handling procedures.
