Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Manager

About the Role
The PLM Manager will lead, govern, and continuously improve the organisation’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capability by ensuring a seamless, reliable, and auditable integration between:
- Design Data Manager (DDM)
- SolidWorks CAD
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP)
Work will involve ensuring accurate, traceable product data flows through every lifecycle stage—from concept to launch, manufacturing, support, and end-of-life. The role fosters cross-functional collaboration, maintains data integrity, and optimises product delivery efficiency within a regulated environment.

- Managing configuration and change control
- Specifying and leading CAD?PLM integration initiatives
- Ensuring robust PLM-ERP integration, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365
