Info About What The PLM Manager Role Entails
The PLM Manager is responsible for leading, governing, and continuously enhancing the organisation’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capability. This includes ensuring that Design Data Manager (DDM), SolidWorks CAD, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) function together as a cohesive, dependable, and auditable system.
Operating within a regulated environment, the role ensures that product data flows accurately and seamlessly from initial concept through to release, manufacturing, ongoing support, and end-of-life. This enables strong cross-functional collaboration, safeguards data integrity, and supports the efficient delivery of products.

Requirements of the PLM Manager
- PLM System Administration
- Configuration Management
- Experience with CAD-PLM integration
- Management and support of a PLM–ERP integration, ideally Dynamics 365
