Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Windchill Developer to join our PLM team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PTC Windchill, including customization, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance PLM capabilities.
Location & Security Requirements
- Candidates who have previously held Security Check (SC) Clearance or are eligible to obtain SC Clearance will be preferred.
- Candidate should be based within reasonable commuting distance of Stevenage, United Kingdom, or be willing to travel regularly to the Stevenage office/customer site as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink modules (Change Management, Document Management, BOM Management, etc.)
- Develop and maintain Windchill workflows, lifecycle templates, and business rules
- Integrate Windchill with ERP and other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill performance, access, and data integrity
- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Windchill development and support and knowledge of Windchill modules and architecture
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill APIs
- Experience with Windchill Business Rules Framework (BRF) and Info*Engine
- Good understanding of PLM concepts and product lifecycle processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Windchill 13.x
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
