Job Description
About the role:
Our team is growing and we are looking for a Supervisor to join the team to provide support and work within our Plot Sales team.
The Plot Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring high ‑ quality, consistent delivery of plot sales work through day ‑ to ‑ day supervision of conveyancers. The focus of the role is to coach, mentor and develop conveyancers and conveyancing assistants, build team resilience, identify skills gaps, and deliver targeted training that supports both individual and team performance.
The role acts as the first point of escalation for technical and process queries, promoting best practice, confidence in decision ‑ making, and continuous improvement across the team.
About you:
Working in an inclusive, sharing and collaborative culture you will be expected to play your part in ensuring the continuing success and growth of the team. Previous experience of working in a legal environment is essential.
You will provide technical and procedural supervision to Conveyancers and Conveyancing Assistants, proactively manage your workload in a volume environment and whilst working to tight deadlines, remain calm under pressure whilst focussing and prioritising your workload effectively. You will also work in a team environment (this may include working as part of a bigger project team) and support your colleagues; be a positive contributor to your team.
