Plumber – Opportunities
About the Role
We are seeking a Plumber for our team. As a qualified Plumber, you will bring experience in handling water systems and ideally some customer-facing experience. A friendly, flexible, and team-oriented approach is essential, as you will work both independently and collaboratively.
You will have the opportunity to grow your career, with full support through mentoring, training, and development within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, joints, valves, drains, and fixtures in commercial properties
- Responding to plumbing emergencies, diagnosing issues, and carrying out repairs
- Performing regular planned maintenance of plumbing systems
- Assisting with cleaning and chlorination of hot and cold-water systems
- Conducting CWST (Water Supply) inspections and maintenance
- Maintaining and servicing TMVs (Temperature Mussel Valves)

Essential Requirements
- UK-recognised plumbing qualification
- Working knowledge of Water Regulations and Byelaws
- Basic IT skills (use of tablet/phone for photos, note-taking)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence required
- Organisational skills to manage paperwork
- Flexibility, including out-of-hours call-outs needed
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in Water Hygiene Regulations
- Previous work in commercial properties
- Health and Safety Training
- Strong communication skills (principal and staff liaison)
